Facility Transportation Staffing Cost. Starting at $250.00. The FTSC helps recover the facility, transportation and staffing costs incurred when an event guest count is less than fifty guests.
We are happy process payments using any electronic payment processing method. Processing these payments will incur a payment processing convenience cost of 5% for any event invoice with payment(s) not made Cash or Check. These payment processing methods include, but are not limited, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Venmo, Cashapp, ApplePay and PayPal.
SPECIAL DIETARY PREFERENCES AND RESTRICTIONS
We are happy to accommodate any dietary preference or restriction. Chef Jordan will prepare a special menu, similar to the menu selected, for each guest with the special dietary preference or restriction. Each event menu with a special dietary preference and or restriction, will incur a minimum 15% menu cost for planning, sourcing, preparation and service of the menus for those guests who have special dietary preferences and or restrictions. These preferences and restrictions include, but are not limited, to Vegan Diets, Vegetarian Diets, Gluten Free Diets, Dairy Free Diets and each specific Food Allergies.
