"I used Ashley Catering for a June 2012 wedding in Moreno Valley. They are very reasonable priced and have a international menu that caters to any taste. The owners, Phillip and Marie were very friendly, flexible, accommodating and professional. Marie was very helpful choosing the right China, silver and linens to go with the wedding day theme. They offered a private menu tasting, allowed my client to mix and match dishes from there menu. The shrimp linguine, and grilled veggies are excellent. As a professional event planner, I really appreciated that they arrived on time and the food was kept fresh and hot!
